Gráinne Hamilton

Gráinne has contributed source material to innovations that have revolutionised how we cultivate and recognise people’s potential, develop resilience and stimulate growth. As a concept architect for Open Badge Pathways, the award-winning Cities of Learning UK, and author to the Open Badge Standard, she has influenced how we think about learning and skills, and created concepts used by global top 5 companies to develop talent pipelines and internal capability. Her ability to shapeshift between multiple perspectives, see the lay of the land and connect the dots helps her create bridges to help people navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing world. She partners with leaders in the public and private sectors around the world to imagine and create the conditions for navigating possible, probable and preferred futures with confidence.
